What this site is
Bet Hard Sports is a play credit sportsbook and casino for entertainment. Credits are simulated. They have no cash value, cannot be purchased, withdrawn, or exchanged, and no payment is ever taken. There is no card form anywhere on this site and no payment processor is connected to it.
What we store
A username, and a password that is stored only as a one way hash that nobody here can read. If you sign in with Google instead, we receive the email address on that Google account, your name, and your profile picture, and nothing else. On top of that we keep the record of your own play: your credit balance, every ticket you place with its selection, price, and stake, every casino round with its stake and payout, every credit movement, and the time you last signed in. We keep a log of administrator actions so credit changes are accountable.
What we never store
No card numbers, bank details, or payment information of any kind, because nothing on this site is ever bought. No physical address. No date of birth. No government identification. No location data. Accounts are issued by the operator with a username, so we do not hold a real email address for you at all.
Why we store it
To run your account and show your balance, to grade tickets honestly against the final score, to show you your own history, and to let the operator run the book and correct mistakes. That is the whole list. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising, and it is not used to build a profile of you anywhere else.
Who can see it
You can see your own account and full history at any time. The operator of this book can see player accounts, balances, and betting history, which is how a book is run. Nobody else has access.
Services we rely on
The site runs on Vercel, which hosts it. Accounts and records are held in Supabase, which provides the database and the sign in system. Google is involved only if you choose Continue with Google. Betting lines come from a commercial odds feed, and no information about you is ever sent to it, only the fixtures we ask about. These providers process data on our behalf and under their own security terms.
How long we keep it
Your account and its history stay while the account exists. Credit movements and the administrator log are deliberately immutable, meaning the database itself refuses to alter or delete them, so that a balance can always be explained. That protects you as much as the house. If your account is closed the record of past play remains in that ledger.
Your choices
You can change your display name in your account at any time. You can ask the operator to close your account. You can ask what is held about you and we will tell you plainly. Because the credit ledger cannot be rewritten, closing an account removes access rather than erasing the historical record of play.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under eighteen and no account should be created by anyone under that age.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes the date at the top changes with it. Questions about your data go to the operator of this book, who is the person who issued your credits.
