- Point spread
- The handicap. A team at minus 6 has to win by more than 6 points. A team at plus 6 can lose by up to 6 and your bet still wins.
- Total points
- Both teams added together. Over wins if they score more than the number, under wins if they score fewer. It does not matter who wins the game.
- Winner, the moneyline
- Just pick who wins. No handicap, no points, the margin does not matter.
- The price
- A minus number is the favorite and shows what you stake to win 100. A plus number is the underdog and shows what a 100 stake returns. Minus 110 means stake 110 to win 100. Plus 150 means stake 100 to win 150.
- Favorite
- The side marked FAV is the one the odds expect to win.
- Returns
- Every return shown includes your stake back. A 100 credit ticket at plus 150 returns 250 in total.
